Earglish là ứng dụng nghe tiếng Anh. Chính sách này nêu rõ chúng tôi thu thập dữ liệu nào, dùng để làm gì, chia sẻ với ai và cách bạn xóa dữ liệu. Earglish không có quảng cáo, không bán dữ liệu và không dùng dữ liệu của bạn để theo dõi bạn giữa các ứng dụng.
1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

Earglish không thu thập vị trí, danh bạ, ảnh, micro, tin nhắn hay danh sách ứng dụng khác trên máy của bạn. Không có công cụ quảng cáo trong app, và thống kê sử dụng ở trên không dùng mã quảng cáo.
2. Ai xử lý dữ liệu
- Supabase (máy chủ tại Singapore): lưu tài khoản, playlist và bài đang nghe của người đã đăng nhập bằng Google.
- Google (Firebase Crashlytics, Google Analytics cho Firebase, Firebase Remote Config, Đăng nhập bằng Google): báo cáo lỗi, thống kê sử dụng, cấu hình từ xa và xác thực khi bạn đăng nhập bằng Google.
Các bên này xử lý dữ liệu thay mặt chúng tôi và theo chính sách của họ. Chúng tôi không bán hay cho thuê dữ liệu của bạn, và chỉ tiết lộ khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
3. Bảo mật
Dữ liệu được truyền qua HTTPS. Mỗi người dùng chỉ truy cập được dữ liệu của chính mình nhờ các quy tắc phân quyền ở cơ sở dữ liệu. Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nhưng chúng tôi giữ quyền truy cập ở mức tối thiểu cần thiết.
4. Thời gian lưu giữ và xóa dữ liệu
- Dữ liệu tài khoản được lưu đến khi bạn xóa tài khoản.
- Bạn có thể xóa tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu trong app (Cá nhân → Xóa tài khoản) hoặc qua trang Xóa tài khoản mà không cần cài lại app. Dữ liệu bị xóa vĩnh viễn ngay khi xác nhận.
- Bản sao lưu định kỳ của hạ tầng tự hết hạn và bị xóa trong tối đa 30 ngày.
- Báo cáo lỗi do Firebase Crashlytics lưu, thông thường tối đa 90 ngày.
- Thống kê sử dụng do Google Analytics lưu tối đa 14 tháng.
- Xóa tài khoản Earglish không xóa tài khoản Google của bạn.
5. Quyền của bạn
Bạn có thể yêu cầu xem, sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu của mình bằng cách gửi email cho chúng tôi, hoặc tự xóa như mục 4. Nếu bạn ở khu vực có luật bảo vệ dữ liệu (ví dụ GDPR), bạn còn có quyền phản đối và khiếu nại với cơ quan có thẩm quyền.
6. Trẻ em
Earglish không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em dưới độ tuổi này. Nếu bạn cho rằng một trẻ em đã dùng app, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi xóa tài khoản đó.
7. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày có hiệu lực ở đầu trang. Với thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trong app.

Privacy policy

Earglish is an app for listening to English. This policy explains what data we collect, why, who processes it and how you can delete it. Earglish has no ads, does not sell your data and does not use it to track you across apps.
1. Data we collect

Earglish does not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, messages or the list of other apps on your device. There are no advertising tools in the app, and the usage statistics above do not use an advertising ID.
2. Who processes your data
- Supabase (servers in Singapore): stores accounts, playlists and the current track of people who signed in with Google.
- Google (Firebase Crashlytics, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Remote Config, Sign in with Google): crash reports, usage statistics, remote configuration and authentication when you sign in with Google.
These providers process data on our behalf and under their own policies. We do not sell or rent your data and disclose it only when required by law.
3. Security
Data is sent over HTTPS. Each user can access only their own data through database access rules. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep access to the minimum needed.
4. Retention and deletion
- Account data is kept until you delete your account.
- You can delete your account and all its data in the app (Profile → Delete account) or on the Delete account page without reinstalling the app. Data is permanently deleted when you confirm.
- Periodic infrastructure backups expire automatically and are removed within 30 days at most.
- Crash reports kept by Firebase Crashlytics are usually retained for up to 90 days.
- Usage statistics kept by Google Analytics are retained for up to 14 months.
- Deleting your Earglish account does not delete your Google account.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing us, or delete it yourself as described in section 4. If you live where data protection laws apply (for example the GDPR), you may also object to processing and complain to your supervisory authority.
6. Children
Earglish is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete that account.
7. Changes to this policy
When the policy changes we update the effective date above. For significant changes we will tell you in the app.
